The entire construction was developed by Kolk on 3D drawings so that the contractor could exactly determine how the structure had to be realized.

The photos show the total project from the start by cutting the existing pipeline upto the assembly of the structure.

The project scope of delivery by Kolk consisted of:

  • Tee 45° branch (FFC)
  • Flanged taper (FFR)
  • Flange-spigot (F)
  • Flange-socket (EU)
  • Flange adaptor
  • Flanged gate valves DN600 and DN800

]]> Mon, 19 Oct 2015 12:27:59 +0000 <![CDATA[New transport pipeline in Belgium, in partnership with Saint Gobain Pipe Systems.]]> https://www.kolkbv.nl/en/actueel/new-transport-pipline-belgium/ For this project Kolk provided lockable dismantling joints PN16 comes in sizes DN900 and DN1000. These pieces were produced "tailor-made" entirely according to customer specifications.

The photos show a number of wells where Kolk materials were applied together with the materials of Saint Gobain.

The materials were packed seaworthy and shipped in containers.
The pictures show the final result of one of the pumping stations.

The entire construction is developed by Kolk 3D drawings so that the contractor could determine exactly how the structure had to be realized.

The photos show the total project again in realized between construction. Given the complexity of the installation Kolk has also assisted in the assembly.

  • 90° Flanged bend  (Q)
  • 30° Flanged bend  (FFK)
  • Tensile flanged adaptor
